McCoy’s Lawn, Garden & Construction is looking to add a full-time Sales Associate to our growing sales team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in hands-on work, and has an interest in outdoor power equipment.
Position Overview:
The Sales Associate will work directly with customers to assist in the selection, operation, and purchase of outdoor power equipment. This role also supports equipment setup, basic service, and inventory organization while contributing to a positive team environment.

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Explain equipment features, operation, and proper use to customers
Assemble and service handheld and walk-behind units
Assist with inventory management and organization
Maintain a clean, organized showroom and work area
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment assembly and service
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
Willingness to learn internal systems and processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
